Chris started his career over 15 years ago in the family accountancy business helping to expand the size of the practice to over 500 clients within just a few years.
Upgrading the use of technology within the practice was key in growing the business, and importantly, ensuring that customer service remained unaffected the bigger they became.
Whilst upgrading the internal systems within the practice the potential use of the internet in streamlining processes and client support became apparent.
Not long after, one of the first online accounting systems within the UK was released in 2003. Although the uptake from clients was slow at first, it became apparent that full time resources were needed to manage the growth and implementation of internal and client processes. Chris, naturally decided to follow his heart and started working on the project full time - something he has never looked back from.
