Q How do I get started using the system?
ASigning up to use our service is simple. All you need to do is click on the “register” link and complete the simple form. The first month’s fees are paid upfront via World Pay. Once registered you have immediate access to your site.

Once signed up, we will then contact you to request further info and make sure you are set up properly set up to fully utilise the service.

Q Do I need to download any software?
ANo, all that you require is a PC with an internet connection. All the major internet browsers should work without any problems.

Q Can I use dial-up?
AFirstly why are you still using dial-up? Although you can use dial-up we would recommend you switch to broadband to fully utilise all aspects of the system

Q Is the data secure?
AAs we are sure you don’t want anyone accessing your confidential records or spend a day inputting transactions just to lose all the information due to no backups.

We have spent time and money in making sure that our system is very secure. You are able to check when you are viewing pages over a secure connection when a padlock is displayed in the bottom right hand corner of your browser.

Making sure data is backed up is our other main concern. All data is constantly backed up, offsite, behind firewalls and in a secure locations.

Q Can I access my accounts anywhere and anytime?
AAgain, as long as you can access a computer and get “online” then you can get working on your accounts. So if you want to access your accounts on Christmas Day then by all means do so. Though we do not accept responsibility for any arguments caused in doing so!

Q How do we send you the records each month?
AAny which way you can! So email, fax, scanned, post or by person is fine with us!

Q How long do you take to update the website from my records?
AWe aim to update the system within 5 days from receiving all the relevant records.

Q Do you provide payroll services online?
AAt the moment we do not provide payroll services online but we are looking into providing a service soon. However, in the meantime we can still complete your payroll in house with payslips emailed, faxed or sent by post each week or month.

Q Any future development plans?
AOne of our main priorities is the need to further develop the system by upgrading current areas or with adding new components. In fact since the service started over 2 years ago our development programme has not stopped and is getting larger by the month.

Q Do you respond to client feedback?
AWe constantly strive to take in all clients’ opinions, criticisms or suggestions seriously. Although, we cannot guarantee that all suggestions will be acted upon we try to do our best and look into each one in turn.

Q Am I tied into a contract?
ANo, you are not tied into any contract, however, all we ask if you wish to cancel that we have one month’s notice of your intentions.

Q Can transactions be entered from the start of a financial year
AYes they can and we would provide full support and help in making sure these transaction were correct and also give you advice based upon the start of the financial year.

Q Comparing your basic service with Sage Instant Accounts I can't see that I would get anything extra? If you could highlight the advantages?
ALets start with the only difference: Sage and our system are bookkeeping packages. However, that's where the similarities end: Sage does not have an accountant constantly over seeing your accounts, tax or VAT liabilities or providing you with monthly reports to inform you how the business is doing. Backing up and restoring are prone to mishaps and using more than one computer, say a home and office computer, is somewhat difficult. No need to pay for subscriptions, licences or support with our package.

AUnfortunately although we would love to offer advice to anyone asking, with not having the time and overspending "wifes" (and husbands) means that we have got to charge for our advice. So please sign up and make our "partners" happy.

AIf you have signed up for the bookeeping package then NO. However, if you have signed up for our very resonably priced accountancy package then YES we do - so sign up now!

ANo the system is geared to be fast, flexible and easy to use so that's why we believe that if you make a mistake then why can't you edit or delete that transaction easily.
