How do I sign up?
You can sign up by visiting our sign up page here or you can phone our sales team on 0113 518 8800 and they will get you started over the phone. If you are unsure which package to choose, or have any additional questions, this is a perfect way to discuss your needs.
When can I speak with an accountant?
You can speak with an accountant as soon as you sign up to our services. Upon signing up, you will be allocated a dedicated accountant and they will be be in touch with you to introduce themselves within a day.
I'm not sure whether I should start as a sole trader or limited company?
Don’t worry, speak with our experienced sales team and they will be able to guide you through your requirements and suggest what might be beneficial to you. Even after you sign up, your accountant will also be able to advise on the best option.
How do I switch from another accountant?
Switching is easy. When you sign up online or via our sales team, you will be asked which accountancy firm you are currently using. Once you have completed the sign up process and given your approval to speak with them, we’ll take over the process and obtain your working papers.
Is there a set up fee?
There are no set up fees when you join Clever Accounts and this means we can start providing you with a pro-active accountancy support immediately.
Is there a minimum contract?
We don’t impose any minimum contract period when signing up for accountancy services and you can cancel at anytime.
